IMPORTANT: Before you install Sherpa, make sure you have a HubSpot account

We built the Sherpa’s AI to work with your CRM data. For security reasons, we don’t store your login information and everything is tied to your HubSpot user and account.

To get Sherpa you need 2 things:

  1. You need a HubSpot account
  2. You need to know your HubSpot login details: user, password, or Single Sign On (SSO)

Installing Sherpa from HubSpot and getting a free account:

  1. To get Sherpa, you can navigate to: app.sherpaml.com
  2. Click on “Continue with HubSpot“
  3. This will take your through HubSpot’s log-in process or Single Sign On (SSO)
  4. Follow the prompts to connect HubSpot natively to Sherpa using Oauth flow
  5. Sherpa will start building the models using AI

How to connect a HubSpot account to Sherpa AI

  • Once you have gone through the login process from HubSpot you can start the installation of Sherpa in your CRM
  • Select your HubSpot account.
  • Click Choose Account.
  • Approve & review the necessary data Sherpa needs to build the AI models
  • Click Connect app.

After Sherpa finishes creating the AI models, you will be redirected to your Sherpa Go to Market Analyst, where you can start interacting with Sherpa.

What happens next?

  • Sherpa will use AI to create your first Ideal Customer Profile from your HubSpot data, including:
    • Name
    • Number of Lookalikes in your HubSpot
    • Target Industries
    • Best Personas
    • Pain Points
